For the past six years, I’ve been helping other writers hone their skills.  Many of those writers have gone on to get agents, managers, meetings with production companies, or staffed on TV shows. I really care about writers.  Yes, I want to make money.  But overriding that, I love to work with writers.  I love for writers to succeed.  I want to go to the movies and see better films or watch better shows on TV.  I can help that happen.  I can help you make that happen.

I know what it’s like to write with a dream of being produced.  I want to share my passion for writing with others and infuse that passion with my considerable knowledge and story skill.  I’m rooting for you, the writer, to succeed.

I’m not some big business out to push extra classes or books or videos on you.  I do one thing, script consulting.  I give each script my personal attention.  I don’t have a staff and a bank of readers.  I do the reading and analyzing myself.

I will be honest, possibly telling you to cut out characters, beats or scenes if it will make your script better.  Or you may need to dig deeper and find a better, more visual way of telling your story.  You need to be prepared to work hard to make your script better.

I’m not the cheerleader; I’m the coach.  A coach with compassion.

I’m constantly working on my craft, learning from other teachers and I keep writing, which is the best teacher of all.  I don’t know everything, but I know a lot. Most of the “famous” script consultants aren’t known for selling their scripts, they’re known for their ability to help others.

Think of it this way; if you were making a business plan in the hopes of earning six figures, wouldn’t you invest a couple hundred dollars upfront?

No matter how bad your script is, I can make it better.
No matter how good your script is, I can find the bad and make it better.
